You Will Need

  • 1 8-oz package Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg

Pan Size / Bake Time


Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250. Do not bake in toaster oven.
  2. Put cheesecake mix and one 8-oz. pack of cream cheese into a large bowl.
  3. Mix with electric mixer on low until incorporated, about 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl.
  4. Mix on high for an additional 3 minutes. Scrape sides of bowl.
  5. Add 1 egg and blend with mixer until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour batter into pan provided, on top of crust.
  7. Bake on rack in center of oven at 250 for 50 minutes.
  8. Remove cheesecake carefully from oven with both hands using pot holders.
  9. Cool cheesecake in pan on wire rack for 20-30 minutes. Then place in refrigerator until completely cool.
  10. Remove from pan tray by pressing up on the indented circle in the middle of the bottom of the pan.
  11. Store prepared product in the refrigerator.
